Jessica VaughnJessica Vaughn is a resident of Petal, Mississippi, wherein she and her husband of 12 years have lived and raised their children for the past six years. She is a graduate of Hinds Community College, where she earned an Associate of Arts Degree and graduated summa cum laude. She then attended Mississippi College and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in History, also graduating summa cum laude. In 2004 Jessica graduated from Mississippi College School of Law, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Wills & Estates, Constitutional Law, the AmSouth Bank Award, and Federal Bar Association Award. Upon graduating law school, Jessica passed both the Mississippi Bar as well as the Arkansas Bar, and is admitted to practice in the courts of both states.
Jessica has worked for a variety of firms both in Arkansas and Mississippi, providing her a great deal of experience in all aspects real estate closings, such as conducting title exams, handling pre-closing, closing, and post-closing duties. She has also assisted a multitude of clients with preparing their wills, and other matters pertaining to estate planning, such as advanced directives and powers of attorney.
After noticing her rapidly growing hometown of Petal did not have an attorney devoted to real estate and estate planning matters, Jessica established Vaughn Law Firm, PLLC, in 2016 to assist the citizens of Petal and surrounding communities.
